What location support services can you provide?
We have a wide range of offices and conference rooms available for production offices, make-up rooms etc. Fax machines, photocopiers and wireless broadband
can also be made available in these areas.
We can also provide drivers and vehicle hire, as well as various automotive related equipment and expertise, such as vehicle repair workshops, specialist
vehicle measurement instrumentation and equipment, mechanics and engineers.
Our on-site maintenance team can provide mechanical and electrical support, as well as earth moving, ground maintenance and wet-down facilities.

Do you have any on-site catering?
Yes – on-site corporate catering can be organised for any numbers or any style. Alternatively we have a canteen which can be accessed during the week for your crew.

Where on site can we locate our Unit Base?
To ensure your shoot runs as efficiently as possible we will always try and position your unit base in a suitable location as close as possible to the area in which you are working.

How much on-site parking is there?
With over 700 acres of space on site, parking for even the largest of crews is no problem.

With such a large road and track network, how do we find our way around the site safely without getting lost?
At all times you are on site there will be at least one Millbrook chaperone (a Minder) with your crew ensuring your activities are controlled,
safe and carried out efficiently.
Where required a site orientation is carried out at the start of your shoot for key staff (runners etc.) to ensure that nobody gets lost.

Can we store our vehicles and equipment on site?
There is plenty of space available on our secure site to store vehicles or equipment.

Is the site secure?
Security and customer confidentiality is of the highest priority to us. Unauthorised camera and recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
Entry onto the site is by invitation only, and the site is fully enclosed and manned by our own highly trained Security Officers 24/7.

We never close and are available to shoot 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year!

A fire tender and ambulance is located on-site and is available on a shared use basis to the whole site. Millbrook qualified personnel will be available at all times to operate this.
